LARSON GROVE - BODY & MIND

Larsen Grove provided a unique opportunity to provide access to healthcare, arts and culture, and parks and recreation.  Located on the east side of Lloydminster, Larsen Grove is part of the Weaver Park area.  The Weaver Park area is also home to the Cultural and Science Centre, Lloydminster's Museum and Art Gallery, Legion Ball Park, VLA soccer centre, and the Lloydminster Hospital.  Planned around the active young family, Larsen Grove shifts towards a More Urban Density Model.
